Quiz answers and saved parks
Parkly stores quiz progress and saved parks in your browser’s local storage. They are not sent to a Parkly account. We do not use the locally saved answers as advertising targeting data. You can clear them below or in your browser settings.
Sharing
If you choose to share your matches, your quiz selections are included in the shared URL. Anyone with that link can see those selections. When a shared link is opened, its quiz parameters form part of the page address and may be included in request or referral information available to hosting and third-party services. Do not include private information in links you share.
Hosting and external links
This website is hosted by Vercel, which processes technical request information such as IP address and browser details to deliver and secure the site. Official park links and photography source links take you to external websites with their own privacy practices.
Advertising and your choices
Parkly uses Google AdSense to support this free guide. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure and personalize advertising, depending on your location and choices. These services may process your IP address, browser information and activity on this and other websites. Parkly does not deliberately provide your quiz answers or saved-park list to Google as advertising targeting data; shared-link parameters are subject to the page-address disclosure above.
Google privacy messages can offer consent or other choices where available. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services and manage personalization in My Ad Center. You can also manage cookies in your browser. No separate analytics tracker or third-party font service is installed by Parkly.
Advertising request protection
Small local-storage records count recent page visits and advertising-loader attempts on this site. They help pause new ad requests after unusually frequent reloads or navigation. They do not record ad clicks, identify you across devices, or send these counters to a Parkly server. Clearing quiz data above removes your quiz answers and saved parks; it does not remove Google cookies or the short-lived advertising protection records. You can remove all site storage in your browser settings.
Ad-blocking notices
When Google's detection service reports an ad-blocking browser extension, Parkly may display an English notice explaining how to allow ads and reload. We do not change your extension settings. If detection is unavailable or uncertain, the guide remains available. These notices do not replace privacy or cookie choices.
